Itinerary

Start and End in Lagos!

Begin your AfroJolly summer in Lagos, a city that pulses with art, food, and music. After a warm welcome, dive into Lagos’s creative scene with gallery visits, explore the leafy calm of Lekki Conservation Centre, and cap lively evenings with dinner and a night out at a Lagos lounge.

The middle of the trip blends history and culture: a full, moving Badagry heritage journey, trips to Abeokuta to climb Olumo Rock, and a cultural day in Ibadan that includes the University of Ibadan and the IITA grounds. You’ll also experience Lagos mainland’s modern beat in Ikeja and the legacy of Afrobeat at the New Afrika Shrine.

Finish with a Lagos Island Heritage Walk, a refreshing private beach escape, and relaxed last-minute shopping before your airport drop-off. This itinerary gives you culture by day, Afrobeat by night, and plenty of sun, flavors, and local warmth throughout.
